Reaching position number 4 in the DAC charts in Germany this week, PLASTIC NOISE EXPERIENCE's new album "Dead Or Alive" proves that the PNE followers are definitely more alive than dead... The feedback on the updated 2006 versions of the band's most famous club hits featured on this album is simply awesome. The faithful fans of the band are happy revisiting these good old tunes while the younger generation who have missed Claus Kruse's first steps in the early nineties welcome this new CD with open arms!
In related news, PNE has decided to infiltrate the clubs this Summer with a new cover version. After his big hit with "Smalltown Boy", Claus Kruse has this time covered DONNA SUMMER's "I Feel Love". This song will be available on, some compilations this Summer before PNE returns with a new album full of brand new tracks and some surprising collaborations and cover versions...

i never will understand why people love PNE. His cover of "Smalltown Boy" is the only reasonable thing he ever did. Its just plain boring stuff.
Tastes differ, but limiting PNE to a cover would be a bit too exagerated. Tracks like "Gold", "Memory flow" and so on have marked an entire generation of EBM fans including most of the Alfa Matrix crew.
