Brainchild of the two Texan brothers Gary and Dwayne Dassing, Mentallo and the Fixer is definitely one of the most influential American electro/industrial bands of the last 15 years.
Highly emotional and complex, their music is characterised by snarling distorted vocals, hard cutting sequencer rhythms and a thunderous beat. Always projecting himself into the future, Gary Dassing has throughout his career, constantly been reinventing his sound offering an impressive list of avant-garde electronic music releases on renown labels like Zoth Ommog or Metropolis Records. After a catharsis of almost 4 years of silence, Mentallo & The Fixer is today ready to launch its second phase of anger. Preceded by the “Commandments For The Molecular Age” epcd, the new “Enlightenment through a Chemical Catalyst” album will open the band’s new conceptual trilogy to be released by Alfa Matrix under exclusive license from the growing Static Sky Records label.
