Created in the spring of 2006, the Norwegian up-and-coming electro-rock band ESSENCE OF MIND proved they could maintain the excellence we have come to expect from Norwegian electronics in the likes of APOPTYGMA BERZERK and ICON OF COIL.
After their succesfull debut album "Insurrection", their straight in your face attitude and high-energy music rapidly boosted their ascension to the top and was just the start...
As already revealed by the recent "Watch Out" EPCD released for the occasion of the band’s European tour together with ZEROMANCER, ESSENCE OF MIND continue their sonic quest for the ultimate balance between edgy and powerful songs while putting a strong focus on fresh electronic melodies and sing-along choruses.
